endurance Training HUb

The Endurance Training Hub gives you get access to over 50 customisable training plans which are available to print, view online and on our mobile app. Each plan comes delivered via your own training calendar that acts as a training diary and syncs to Strava and Garmin. Each training plan includes supporting info with detailed workout descriptions. Alongside the training plans I have put together videos, articles and short tips to help you to train smarter and race faster. There are ten one hour webinars that include printable slides, so you can learn about heart rate training, endurance nutrition, run-walk and much more.


Endurance Newbie

You have completed a few shorter endurance events and may be looking to step up the distance or increase your commitment to training. You're unsure where to start and you're new to training with a plan. You're not ready for a coach but interested to see you can do with some guidance and structure.


Old Schooler

You have competed in a lot of endurance events but you are now looking for a new approach to training. You’ve heard a bit about the latest training science and technology and you’d like to give it go.


Knowledge Hunter

You have been training for a few years but looking for extra information, tips and tricks to support your training and racing. You like to use gadgets and Strava, but are unsure how to get the most out of them. You’re also interested in finding out more about pacing, nutrition and performance.

1-on-1 Personalised PLan

I provide personalised performance plans for athletes who are looking for something a bit more than a generic training plan. Combined with the Endurance Training Hub Membership you are set with the complete toolbox to achieve your goals.

What’s involved? 

Step1

We meet, online or in person, and discuss your training and racing history. We then look at your future schedule, target events, life commitments, work commitments. Together we figure out your goals, training structure and focus areas.


Step 2

 I go away into the Performance Advantage lab and prepare a training plan that is designed specifically to help you reach your potential. Along with the training plan is a one-two page report detailing areas we’ve discussed as well as information to support your training plan.

Step 3

You begin training with your new performance plan and start reaching your potential. 


Endurance Athlete

Endurance is your sport, your hobby, and part of your life. You’ve done a few events but you've struggled to put it all together on the day. You’ve come close but you’re not sure where to go from here. You know you need a personalised training plan because the generic ones aren’t cutting anymore. You’d like to speak with someone with experience and knowledge who will write a plan specific to your needs.

ONgoing Coaching

My ongoing coaching is limited to 10 athletes at any one time due to the level of commitment and service I like to provide to each athlete. I’m in regular contact with all my ongoing athletes and review their training data after every key training session. There is a minimum three month commitment to allow the coach-athlete relationship to develop. If you’re committed to improving, choose this option. 

Performance Athlete

You want to get the best out of yourself and you want the help of a PhD sports scientist. You’re ready to commit to training for your next big event or season. You want someone to be looking over your training and providing you with valuable feedback so you can continue to improve and stay on the right pathway.
